
It is incredibly difficult to find time for your SELF in the crazy world we all live in.
This is why we all MUST be creative in making time for SELF-CARE.
THE PROBLEM: Without forcing time for SELF-CARE, you are almost guaranteed to experience mental or physical health issues that will “sideline” you. Each health issue will suck your time, money, energy, and attention from your personal and professional life that you don’t have.
You don’t have time to not to have time.
THE SOLUTION: Accept that life is very demanding and the only way to perpetually meet those demands is to keep your keep yourself at a level of wellbeing that can consistently perform.
The good news is that it does not require much time, money, or effort to maintain basic levels of wellbeing. It simply takes easy to do habits injected in your busy lifestyle such as meditation or exercise to protect yourself from avoidable health issues.
TAKEAWAY: If you don’t make time for SELF CARE you will experience health issues at some point that will consume time (and often money) that you don’t have.
